Smoking significantly impairs the body’s ability to heal and increases the risk of complications. To optimize your recovery and reduce the risk of infection, we strongly recommend quitting smoking at least 4-6 weeks before your surgery, and refraining from smoking during your recovery period.

For your safety, all contraceptive pills must be stopped at least one month prior to surgery. This is necessary to reduce the risk of blood clots and to support optimal circulation during your procedure.

Alcohol can interfere with anesthesia, increase swelling, and slow down the healing process. To ensure a smoother surgery and recovery, please limit alcohol intake at least 1-2 weeks before your procedure and refrain from drinking during your recovery period.

Blood-thinning medications, certain supplements, and herbal teas can increase the risk of bleeding during surgery. Please stop taking these at least 1-2 weeks before your procedure. Always consult with your surgeon about any medications or supplements you're currently taking to ensure a safe and effective surgery.

Payments for your procedure should be made in cash. Bank transfers should be done 7 days prior to arrival and if you prefer to pay by credit card, a processing fee will be added to the total amount, and the payment must be processed before your arrival in the country.

If you're traveling from abroad, ensure that you have the appropriate visa for entry into Turkey. If your country requires a visa, feel free to reach out to our team for assistance—we're happy to help with the process.

A well-balanced, nutritious diet is key to supporting your body’s healing process. Eat nutrient-rich foods in the weeks leading up to your surgery to help strengthen your immune system and prepare your body for the procedure.

It’s important to prepare a comfortable, quiet space for recovery at home. Take time off from work and avoid any strenuous activities to ensure your body can focus on healing. Having a cozy space to rest will help support a quicker and more comfortable recovery.

Upon arrival, you’ll check in, and our team will guide you to the pre-operative area where you’ll change into a surgical gown. Your vital signs will be monitored before the procedure.

A routine blood test will be conducted to ensure you're in optimal health for surgery. This helps assess key factors like blood clotting and general health, which are essential for a safe surgery.

After the tests, you’ll meet with your surgeon to finalize the details of your procedure. This is your opportunity to ask questions and confirm your goals. Your surgeon will mark the areas of your thighs to be treated.

Depending on the complexity of your surgery, you will be given either general or local anesthesia to ensure you remain comfortable and pain-free during the procedure.

During the thigh lift, your surgeon will make an incision in the thigh area, typically along the inner thigh or groin crease. Excess skin and fat are removed, and the remaining tissue is tightened for a smoother, more toned appearance. The procedure usually lasts 2-4 hours, depending on the extent of treatment.
